Parking for Lots and Condominium Units

No parking spaces developed within the Property will be owned by a Lot Owner or Condo Unit Owner. As each lot or condo unit is sold, the Association shall assign in writing to said condo unit 1 parking space within the common area. Each parking space so assigned to a condo unit shall be a limited common area with respect to such lot or condo unit upon its assignment as such to a particular condo unit. All "unassigned parking spaces" are hereby deemed to be parking spaces for the purpose of residents, guests, employees, and visitors.
