Please visit the Home Improvement Application (ARB) to submit your request.

Your request can take up to 30 days to be reviewed and approved. 
For each application to be complete, you must include:
  • A copy of your property survey with the placement of your project highlighted
  • A color photo example
  • List of color and type of material used
  • A quote with specs from the contractor hired (if applicable).

Any changes to the appearance or structure of your home, including landscaping, must be approved before completion. Before submitting a Home Improvement Request, please review the  Design Guidelines.

Once the request is submitted and approved, a $30 application fee will be charged for each project and cannot be refunded. This fee will be added to your HOA account and must be paid within 7 days after obtaining approval for your proposed project.
